LAUREN K COLLIER, PHD
coaching
Often we feel most alone in times of transition—whether by choice or by circumstance, change can leave us disoriented and disconnected. These seasons are also when our relational health matters most: the quality of our connections—with ourselves, with others, and with our future—shapes how we move forward.
I love working with women who are investing in themselves, breaking old patterns, and creating change that lasts. Coaching with me isn’t a preset program or someone else’s version of self-help. It’s a personalized journey that begins with where you are and helps you clarify where you want to go.
My strengths-based approach combines compassion with structure, guiding you to identify what you truly want, strengthen your relationships, and chart a clear path into your next chapter—with confidence and connection.
coaching Approach
Listening
I am invested in you. I listen to your unique experiences, challenges, and strengths. Together we will pull back the layers to your truest self and your best life. We’ll cultivate curiosity and trust to chart your path forward.
Insight and Action
As your coach, I structure sessions for insight and action. We’ll interrogate frustration, languishing, and relationship patterns that are not working. We’ll explore new ways of thinking and practice new behaviors that get you where you want to go.
Guided Change
I am your guide, your co-pilot, and your witness. I’ll be by your side with the tools, perspective, and support you need to shape what comes next.
Working with Lauren was transformative. We connected during a period when I felt the need for a professional transition. Through her deliberate and thoughtful coaching process, she helped me not only identify the type of work I wanted to pursue but also uncover the intrinsic qualities of work that bring me true fulfillment. This clarity provided a powerful framework for evaluating opportunities, understanding where I can add the most value, and intentionally leaning into work that aligns with my purpose. Lauren’s guidance was invaluable, and I highly recommend her to anyone seeking meaningful professional growth.
